How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion at any time. To delete your account from the Mentle Health app:

  1. Open the Mentle Health app
  2. Go to Profile from the bottom navigation
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted

What Gets Deleted

  • Your sign-in identity and personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Your chat messages and conversations
  • Your identity-check records, push tokens, and notification history
  • User-authored booking notes, emergency contacts, and reviews

Request via Email

If you are unable to delete your account from within the app, you can send a deletion request to:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Data Retention

Your account identity and the data listed above are removed immediately. The profile-image reference is removed in the same operation. We make a best-effort request to delete images in Mentle-managed media storage, but a provider-side copy may remain if that provider is temporarily unavailable; this never delays removal of your account identity. Encrypted backups age out within 30 days. Pseudonymous booking, payment, refund, dispute, safeguarding, and moderation records may be retained only where required for accounting, safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
